Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities, to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at operations@seteksl.eu and we will delete this information.

This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a digital file to you or to another organization of your choice. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of consent, or objection to the processing of your personal data to operations@seteksl.eu. To ensure that the access request was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with your request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Setek also wishes to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). How we protect personal data
Setek takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or reach out via operations@seteksl.eu.
